For sale is a very nice 2012 BMW X3 35i in Space Gray Metallic on Black Nevada Leather interior. This car comes optioned with very desireable packages for the N55 6 cylinder engine F25 X3's. This X3 does have the Sport Activity Package which includes the larger 19" alloy wheels, sport bolstered seats (more comfortable and adjustable that standard seats), sport steering wheel with paddle shifters, sport transmission with sport mode, sport exterior trim and more. It also comes with the Cold Weather Package 1 and 2 which includes heated steering wheel, heated seats both front and rear, headlight washers and fold down rear seats. It also comes with the Premium Package. The Premium Package includes automatic push button tail gate, comfort access (locking and starting car with keys in pocket), rear privacy shades and much more. On top of all of those packages, the car also has the Technology package. This includes rear view camera with top view cameras, park distance control, navigation, BMW assist with USB and bluetooth and more.
The car also has excellent history with the car having a fully clean Carfax with 0 accidents, not even a minor accident. The car has also been Southern owned its entire life and has never lived up North. It lived in California until 2022 and then to Tennessee. The car has excellent service history on top of that. At 103K miles the car had all new drive belts, idlers, pulleys and tensioners replaced. The car also got new oil filter housing and oil cooler seals and oil pressure sender switch replaced. At 107K miles it was just serviced and inspected where it received a new mass air flor sensor. The car also has had the water pump and spark plugs completed at the BMW dealership at 62K miles. We got the car in and did a fresh oil and filter change using OEM BMW recommended oil and filters. We also replaced the charge pipe and radiator as these are common failure points. We inspect all our BMW's for any fault codes, leaks, warning lights and replace everything necessary so you do not have to. The car comes with all original owners manuals and books, OEM BMW floor mats and the original window sticker.
